A small team that ships.
Two founders and seven in-house. Distributed across Long Island and Berkeley. Serving local businesses that want a real partner, not a vendor.
The one-shop
alternative.
Most local businesses we talk to are working with three or four vendors who've never met. The web guy doesn't talk to the photographer. The social media person uses photos from a different shoot. The ads run creative that looks nothing like the brand. Everyone's billing separately and nobody's responsible for the whole picture.
We started Reformed Media to be the one shop. Brand, content, marketing, and the technology underneath. One team, one bill, one point of contact, and a real opinion on what your business should be doing next.
Two people, in the work every day.
Runs strategy and client relationships. The person you'll be talking to on the kickoff call and the one who keeps the work pointed in the right direction.
Runs production and the technical side. Designs the systems we use internally and the ones we build for clients.
Seven in-house.
All under one roof.
Most of the team is on Long Island, with one co-founder based in Berkeley. Everyone is full-time, nothing farmed out. The same people who shoot you in October are still around in March, and they remember what worked.

Our tools are your tools.
Every client gets a login to our portal on day one. You see the project status, the files, the invoices, the conversations, and the schedule in one place. We built the portal because we hate email threads about file versions, and we figured our clients did too.
We meet often early in a project and less often once things are running. We don't bill for status meetings nobody needs. When something needs to change, you tell us through the portal or in person, and it changes.
Three things we mean.
Relationships outlast contracts.
The agencies we admire have clients who've been with them for ten years. That's the bar we hold ourselves to.
Build the real thing.
We use our own software because we built it and we trust it. We make the same kind of work for clients.
No agency theater.
No discovery deck with stock photos. No four-circle process diagram. Just the work and the conversation that produces it.
We only take on what we can do well.
Two paths. Take the quiz if you want us to think through your situation before the conversation. Book a call if you already know what you want.
